Domestic violence can take various forms: physical, psychological, verbal, sexual and financial.

Lina’s Home houses women and children. Everything is in place to accommodate both adults and little ones.

Our building is equipped with a highly secure locking and unlocking mechanism. In addition, a security camera is located near the entrance, enabling us to identify people who want to enter the building. Moreover, we refer women to a shelter situated far from their home to prevent the violent partner from locating the woman and the situation from escalating.

Lina’s Home covers all costs related to accommodation and meals cooked on site.

Lina’s Home leaves you free to make your own decisions. When the time comes, you will know what is best for you and your children.

Violence is a behaviour chosen and adopted by the partner to get his own way. Like any behaviour, it takes a lot of will to change. It always depends on the individual and their level of motivation and commitment.

Lina’s Home cannot accept visitors for various reasons. The address of the shelter must remain confidential to ensure the safety of the residents. However, women and children can leave at any time to go about their business.

Lesbian and bisexual women are also likely to experience intimate-partner violence. If this is the case, you are entitled to benefit from our services.
A social worker is available 24/7 to support you, provide you with tools, listen to you and offer you guidance.
